Can't remember the studio that prints their illy's to canvas. I want to get some large format prints made. Any help would be appreciated.

Anyone printed through these guys before? I'm trying to find the pricing out, but now I'm getting the feeling that it's too high to post on their site.

let me be honest, your local yocal printer can probably do the same thing. Just do a search. Even nationally in the US, you needn't ship it to the EU for God's sake.

most places that run oversize inkjet or solvent machines are usually running canvas as a substrate. just call around. my dad had a print of his work done for me for christmas... i can find out where that was at. somewhere in Ohio

you want a certified IRIS "Gilcée" or "Glicee" print if it's lightfast gallery quality you're after.

... and does anyone else find all this printing of digital artwork on canvas kinda ghey?
canvas is for paint. reproducing paintings on canvas, sure whatever go for it, make a killing.. but all these vector illustrations printed on canvas is weak.
ranks up there with hanging a skateboard on your wall in my books.
end rant.

I just like the look of unframed big canvas. I'd rather it be more boxy than flat, if you understand what I'm saying. And who said I'm getting a vector illustration printed on canvas anyways, douche?

just a commentary on some of the stuff up on Blau.
either way you might also want to look into Gilcée. most of the big printershops should do them. IRIS is the shiz for accurate color.

Now, what exactly, without bothering old-man Google, is Gilcée?
