I have an interview coming up for a web producer position. I've never formally been a web producer before though I have managed projects at a small interactive agency as a designer. Also have managed projects and people as a consultant.
Any advice, especially from those of you who are web producers on how best to prepare for this interview?
I'm scared! :o

depends if you are male/female.
male: wear nothing but socks and tie.
female: show alot of cleavage!!!!!

First of all, there is no reason to be scared. It's just an interview. The interviewer might be more nervous than you.
A couple of tips of the top of my head:
1. Be positive about everything, even if it borders on being disgusting about it
2. Dress as well as possible, honestly, never take it for granted
3. If they ask you what's something that's a negative about you, turn it around on them and say, I tend to work too much and that tends to hurt me the following day (a negative which turns into a positive)
4. Don't feel bad about saying, "I really don't have an answer for you right now or can I get back to you about that". It's better than b*llshitting them.Good Luck Miss Tennessee!

also, if the interviewer has done this at any point in the past, he/she is going to expect you to be nervous, it's only natural.
So look at it that way and you'll do fine. Overconfidence can hurt you, just be yourself and stay positive.

phone interview, eh. well, just wake up couple of hours before the interview and warm up those vocals. you will do just fine.
