Okay so for voting away from home do I need that slip that says I am registered to vote? I think so eh?

i always vote NDP both provincal and federal, but this year i think Jack Layton is really coming off as an amateur and making me nervous. if its Conservs in power we need to at least give the Liberals as many seats as possible to keep them in check. Harper will walk all over Layton.
but i'm gonna do the BC thing and sit back, watch the results come in and adjust my vote accordingly.
yes i know that is wrong.

canuck, no you don't. You need ID with a sig. on it and a bill with your name and address on it. That's it.
- canuck0
Nice. That I can deal with.

If canuck votes, that will make my week.

I would take your passport or birth cert or S.I.N. card or something to make sure but I remember a few years ago I voted with an old-style Health Card and a rogers bill.
Kinda scary actually.
- canuck0
That's a shame.

I can scrounge up those things, it's just the registration slip you usually get in the mail that I don't have. Which is why I figured it was going to be a pain. And maybe it still will be.

Canuck... you'd better vote... easy as pie. No need to register.
unless you're planning on voting conservative.... then I'd have to say its a real hassle, and don't bother.
