i'm trying to accomplish the following:
make pages that redirect the visitor to a single page on the server that uses an iframe to load different content in the iframe, but that loads different content depending upon which file redirects the user.
so.....
if a user goes to whateversite.com/awesome/index.p... it will redirect that person to whateversite.com/index.php (which utilizes an iframe) where the iframe loads whateversite.com/content/awesome... at the same time, if a user was to simple go to whateversite.com/index.php, it would instead load whatersite.com/content/main.php. if redirected from /tehsuck/index.php, then wahteversite.com/index.php would load /content/tehsuck.php in the iframe.
anyone have any advice?

I would create a rule for the apache webserver. Take a look at the modrewrite module.
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/1.3…
or.. if you don't have access to that config file, you could actually create all the folders and those index files... and just have meta refresh tags in each. that's a lot of tediuos work, so I suggest using apache.

i'm looking into the apache thing right now, but incase that's not an option can anyone offer any help on what the code would look like for the long and tedious way.
