But for real, what's the big deal in looking at some good resumes to get ideas to build your own? It's another form of visual communication.
No one cares when people ask for inspiring portfolio links to help getting started their own.
Same thing. Different ways to present yourself to get work.

Looking at good design for ideas and ripping are completely seperate.
I've never met a designer, artist, musician, or creative in any field, who wasn't inspired by, or took an idea from someone else and transformed it into one of their own.
