I would go crazy if I had to sit next to a see through PC with neon glowing out of it...
- NegativeSpace0
They don't glow anymore. The green one was the one i sold 6 months ago.
I don't have my powershot here, or else I would take an updated photo.
The one thats on the desk is an older amd 2200+ machine, it has since then changed to a dual core 3800+

sorry for the double post, nt got slow on me..

Yeah i CAN't stand having any windows, but going to school so close in Toronto, I can't justify the cost of moving out. I want to switch and go to school on the east coast and get my own place that actually has windows.
We just renovated our upstairs to open concept with bright white walls and a big bay window, so hopefully that combined with the laptop aids the problem.

Negative, are you going to OCAD? I know we've spoke of it before, but I cannae remember...
- NegativeSpace0
I am going to the York/Sheridan program. I don't really like it all that much, and I don't know how much better OCAD would be for me, I really wanna get out of the city to be honest.
I am gonna apply to Nscad, and also applied for an exchange to Germany for a year through York.
- neue75_bold0
yes, that's right, no I can't see OCAD being better, for type, York/Sheridan seems to be much better...
Have you thought about coming to Holland? I know nick is thinking about coming here to study...
- tank020
janne, need a belgian motion designer overthere :)
looks great man.i'm happy for ya.
- NegativeSpace0
I would love to, especially because there seems to be so many type design, I guess who i'd consider to be"authorities", working and teaching there.
Although I don't speak the language, so I am not sure how much of a reality it would be me to transfer to a school there.
It is definitely something I'd look into after undergrad through.
How are you liking it therE?

Nick in holland? oh boy! That would leave to country dry for pot
- neue75_bold0
it's fantastic, it's a very "designer-freindly" country.
I wouldn't worry about the language though, i mean you'd have the same issues in Germany, non?
- NegativeSpace0
True,, there is a program they have setup to learn german prior to the classes starting.
I don't know too many of the schools though.
I do however have all the information packages here for the KABK.
