get a lawyer, they will take care of it all for you.
when i was in dallas it was like 50$ to get a ticket dismissed with a laywer.

50 bucks for getting a ticket dismissed by a lawyer? that is not bad

I was going 88 on 65 though. and for what I understand this judge doesnt give chances to those going over 90 so it might be tough.

writing a letter to a judge? where are you located again?
if I'm you I have legal representation, unless this is some cake case..?

im in TX. and it is not a big deal to write a letter to the judge to give me a chance to be on probation, I have gotten several tickets by now and usually you just pay an extra fee and the ticket is dismissed if you dont get any more tickets during a period of 3 months.
But this is the first time I have to write a letter directly to the judge.

its something like this:
http://www.sanantonio.gov/court/…but im requesting probation since I took defensive driving for my last ticket and you can only take it once a year.

I got two tickets on the smae day here in Michigan... I had the court dates on Thursday and Friday.
Asked the judge to take the points and it off my record if I pay the fine... Worked both times. I now have no record it existed.
Michigan rules!

just pay the ticket. driving probation and defferals suck because if you do anything wrong during that you get fined for fucking up your chance as well as your deferred tickets comeback up so you end up paying 3 things instead of just 2

yeah I know it is not 90 but it was at night so i was going 23 over the speed limit, during the day it is I would have only been going 18 over. So technically the judge doesnt give you a chance going 20 over the speed limit.
Kinda a tricky.

---I have had about 10 tickets total and never had a problem with probation. I guess you just have to be really careful for 3 months, its worth if you think about it.
insurance companies charge you a lot for having tickets on your drivers license and that is for 3 years.

Call the clerk and ask him/her what the judge might be looking for in the letter...ask what other people have written that works...maybe they will be willing to share their thoughts/opinions.
