Flash Video Component

    I'd like to showcase a few short films on my website and was thinking of doind this with flash. I don't have the time or knowledge to develop this myself - anyone know of any flash components that let me stick a few videos in?

    Also, how much bandwidth do I need for this, would I be able to put them online with a regular shared hosting account?
