back just updated and now PBS, PVN doesnt scroll here either.

I had this prob the first day the update was available. I have pretty well switched to Firefox and it went away. Still doesn't scroll right in Safari on my PB.
To fix it, download Firefox.

The scrolling works when you view the iframe that contains the PBS and PVN:

Maybe the glitch has to do with iframes inside of iframes?
Hope they fix it. Safari is so damn pretty, and Mac FireFox sucks.

i'm tempted to download the 10.4.5 dev. pack to see if that fixes things.
