  what is the best way of creating one for Local H.S varsity scores

  I'm thinking
  PHP CMS that feeds a MySql DB and gets pulled by a PHP script into flash

  you can store the scores in an xml file if you want. But mysql would be the best way.

  So I assume someone is going to enter the information using a backend CMS?
