Anyone knows if a EU citizen member needs visa, or anyother requiriments to work in UK? I'm Spanish.

No visa or any other type of work permit needed for EU members to work in any other EU country.

-------------------------That's true for 15 old EU states nationals only. The new ones need permit in most of the old EU countries.
So if you ie. gain EU citizenship through mailordering a Hungarian wife, you will most likely only be allowed to work in the UK, Ireland and Sweden.
