Print designers: What features does your printer currently have on their sites that are very valuable? If they do not have a feature that you think would be valuable, what would they be?
I'm thinking like file upload sections, client areas etc.

Hemlock Printers in Vancouver have excellent online upload/ file management services for their customers.

They have a customer login portion on Genlitho.net that lets you have access to templates and their existing die-cuts.
They will let you store items in their warehouse and they keep track of the stock quantities.
On-line ordering and proofing,
order history, purchase history and reports.They gave one of our depts an HP laserprinter, service it and pay for the refills as well.
