my apartment has concrete floors, so i'm looking for some cool throw rugs to soften the place up a bit...
you know, under the couch/coffee table, dining table, bed, etc - the more affordable the better but open to whatever...

What are you looking for? Makes a big difference. I've got tons of mags here (as an architect) with ads.
I'd suggest picking up a copy of Dwell, Interior Design, and Metropolitan Home.
Again, though, depends on what you are looking for.Bump this later and I'll try to remember a link or two next time I flip through one.
