Neat, particularly the red and white.
It's sort of 17th century Japanese painting meets, well...sperm tails.

(Jan 7 06, 06:01)Impossible. That's like saying
"too many kittens"
or
"no thanks, I've already had too much sex."

cool but u may want to put what you do on there. Business cards for what kind of business.
Also, ur last name is black!!! Thats a badass last name bro, sport that shit! How many people do you know that have that name besides Jack. Add more black! Maybe one side is mainly black. it won't be wack. ppl will remember ur name and card easier, oh smack...its Dan Black. Stop me now.
Kill all gradients. Gradients look cheezy on bc's.

the type needs work...

the images are kind of interesting but what is their significance, what do you do? get rid of gradients, the very minimal attitude towards the typography contradicts the very illustrative organic shapes, is this intentional?

i like the simplicity of #1, #2 says "i like fish" / "i wanna be a dragon", #3 says "i love this step and repeat thing i just discovered in illustrator" (though i love the colors) and #4 is has some kinda weird gradient that goes from "dead salmon" to "diarrhea"
love the type

Business cards are like a handshake, straightforward and to the point! your card like some people have pointed out doesn't give a great deal away as to what you do, just a lot of stylised visual clutter, that will look dated by the time the print run has finished! and then you're lumbered, Keep it simple, it's your portfolio that should show skill/style etc.
