The Sunset Breezehouse™ is the newest "clean and green" modular home designed by Michelle Kaufmann Designs. This eco-oriented home blurs the boundary between interior and exterior space through a series of couryards and private gardens.

Michelle is a wonderful person and her designs are great. It's been nice to see the success she's received for the Glidehouse and Breezehouse.
Just finished some renderings for a new design, I'd guess it'll be up there soon.

I can only wish that they did something like this in Hawaii. The design and concept are inspiring and I am sure the living would be awesome.

I find the Breezehouse expensive for prefab.
Is $200/$250 USD/sq.ft. a standard cost in the USA or is that in larger urban centres?

Seems pretty standard to me. There was an article in the last WIRED that had a few companies in it and it seemed to be $180 $250/sq. ft.
