that said, its going to be a tough game. you dont get divisional homefield by being an average team.

18 of Alexanders TDs were against Arizona, Houston, and St, Louis and San Fran... and 2 more were against Indianapolis... their scrub team.

(Jan 8 06, 09:32)hahhaa you honestly think you have a chance in h*ll against Seattle in Seattle... LOLZ
*ends sh*t talking

Right now, the Broncos hope to win against NE and hope Pittsburgh beats Indy.
NFC, who are they again?
- mattyd0
The Super Bowl is definitely the AFC Championship game in terms of competitiveness.
- slinky0
uh, yea... we already beat Seattle once. And our defense is much better than it was then.
the Skins have played one of the hardest schedules in football this year and the Seagulls have played the easiest.
i dont think it will be an easy game, but yea, we have a great chance to win it.
defenses win Championships. The NFC is all about defense and the AFC is all about offense (except Pats, pretty balanced).
It will be Skins vs Carolina in the NFC C-game.

- slinky0
we also lost a close one to San Diego... we should have won and i was at that game.
and we lost to Oakland... and blew the lead also in the 4th.
we were 0-4 vs AFC and lost all games by a combined 18 points. which is like 4.5/game. We could easily have been 4-0 or 3-1 vs the AFC...
only say that to say that we can play with anyone on any day.

What's the overall record of the AFC vs. the NFC this year? I'd like to see those numbers.
;)

I agree Slinky it will be the Skins vs Carolina in the NFC Championship game.
And the beauty is that game will be in Charlotte, but what sucks is they are both my teams.
- xenicon0
gibbs better goose the offense > lot of hype on Cooley and Portis but maybe its time for Thrash?
- JazX0
Watching the NFC is like looking into the sun on a bright sunny day. It just hurts to do it for longer than 5 seconds.
Chicago, TB, Washington?
ehhh..... elite teams?
Could happen. The 25 yards last game passing Redskins vs. the 31st ranked passing Bears.
Parody?
It makes me stomach hurt.

SKINS ALL THE WAY!!!
- digilee0
indy colts are going to win.
- slinky0
now, that was definitely a rare showing for our offense. BUT the Bucs were the #1 ranked defense and we did play at their house and the Skins offense never really had the ball in the 1st half to really put up any yards. We were up 14-0 before the game really got going. Gibbs played a very conservative game plan because he did not fear a rookie QB, rookie RB and a rookie TE all trying to come back from 14 down. He knew our defense would stop them. And he didnt want to do anything risky Vs the NFL's #1 defense to let them back in the game.
here is a nice analysis of the game...
keep in mind the 1st drive of the game the Skins moved the ball fairly easily and ate up like 5 minutes... although we didnt score.

I like the 'Skins and NFC-AFC being good bad overall is cyclical, it's just the AFC is so much better these days. Wasn't the same way 10 years back. It'll flip back again.
Although, that Sean Taylor spitting incident was a low-light. ehh....
- slinky0
there is still no visible evidence of the spit.
Pittman (wife beater) should have been tossed too... you are not allowed under any circumstances to hit a player in the head.
Sean is still young and will learn. But he is one of the most intimidating players in the game
- slinky0
what are the AFC vs NFC stats?
- JazX0
they're both punks hahhaa. The U. Yeah my @ss the U.
