It's the end of another year, what were your highs and lows?
Mine were: getting married, buying my first home, pay rise, two books designed, pay rise, friends having babies, folks house got burgled twice, got my credit card cloned and got f**ked by the guys who did it, countless stupid arguments with wife (what's wrong with hanging out with my mates and drinking beer?) and getting ID-ed for buying wine at the supermarket.
Bring on 2006, I'm still here and I still have a lot of shit to kick!!!!

great year here. natural disasters seemed to be on the heavy side though.

Wrote more than a few badass songs about spys (ESP), sneaking onto spaceships to another planet to avoid the impending doom of Earth (Radar Lines), realizing how great it would be to have fleeting, uninhibited sex with a woman you don't know in the face of alien attack of earth (Profit And Panic, inspired by the book War of the Worlds), had some great stuff said about my band from fans, hmmm, what else...
more responsibility in my job, did a damn good job of drinking whiskey most of the time instead of beer, flew first class from Cancun to Monterey Mexico, got my own apartment for the first time in my life.
Negatives? Old apartment getting robbed and all my DVD's stolen (65) and a watch that was a gift from my girlfriend stolen.

ending 14 year relationship, beginning new relationship, began official career/identity/who am i crisis, nominated for an emmy, sold my house, and so on. topsy turvy year.

Lows... having a nine year relationship disintegrate in fifteen minutes.
Highs... spending more time with old friends and meeting new ones when it matters the most.
2005 IS DEAD! LONG LIVE 2006!

i ended 2005 dancing around a burning barrell, singing : "today bake I, tomorrow brew I, the day after tomorrow I sleep with the princess; oh, what a golly thing that nobody knows that I am Pascii!"
