sony Vs apple

hi peeps
I am a hardened apple user. for 10 years i've been through 5 different machines and loved each one.
For some unexplicable reason I have started loving the sony vaio and was contemplating switching to a PC.
Hve I been brainwashed somehow?????

I'm a PC guy but I would never ever in a thousand years use a Sony. They are fantastic looking mahines but they have so much SONY proprietary crap on them that they just suck

is it the os system or you just like the look of vaio?
i used to have one like 5-6yrs ago. it's a nice looking computer but that's pretty much it.
i love my pb now. i was thinking about getting a thinkpad for a while but i am gonna hold off on that.

Sony's quality is top notch, but you're better off with a mac if you want to be in the creative field.

funny someone else was thinking the same thing as me. I just got a 20" Sony for the bedroom for Xmas, that with my 36" Wega, Sony surround, PS2 and PSP I was think, Why not get a SONY PC.
I guess I know not to now.

Sony haven't been making PC's very long. That alone should be a factor when buying one.
They've been making HIFI for decades and even that is not all that.

typefaces would be the only difference.
