someone in our dept is running it and some javascripts are not working when they work fine in 1.3.1. is 2.0 different?

i am on 2.0.2
sometimes i indeed have crazy js errors!!
very annoying as some sites simply dont work anymore..

is it a known problem? because the tools work fine on mac and pc all browsers buy safari 2
