hey!
anyone knows how to create a poster just like truman shows movie poster? i think a program makes it..?see sample:

Perhaps, but you can also accomplish this by placing your smaller images as the mosaic over the primary image, and then play with the blending modes (all in PS). That will create the mosaic illusion.

there's a program, i think it's called photo suite, that does it well
