...own ass. is how i feel these days. listening to the pixies, drunk at 10 am, preparing a spliff while the kids are playing outside. haven't take a shower since 25th. broken heart crackles while moving.

Sorry to hear of your troubles, mate. I'd tell you things will get better, but the last thing you want to hear are stale cliches from random strangers. Time does put things into perspective however, so hang in there. And try to put on a good front with the kids. You don't want them witnessing this.
