Isn't Louisville in a dry county, or is just surronded by dry counties?

no, no dry county. I think some might be dry, but that has not been an issue so far, believe me!

louisville is not dry. the bars stay open until 4am and they can legally reopen at 6am.
oldham county to the east is dry and there are a few other dry counties in kentucky, but once your outside of louisville, KY is a lost cause.
so far i've just heard main street lounge for kit chaps and the usual hijinks at the galt house and seelbach.
