I have a movieclip of a rectangle that i want to move to the right with easing though actionscript.
Right now its moving to the right, but not easing. Can anyone help? My code is below:
on (rollOver) {
this._x = this._x+10;
}

I have seen these turtorials b/f, but I am not sure how to implement them in flash... do I call the external .as file?

Yep, include the external as file with:
#include "tween.as"
Then set up the tween with you mc something like this:
myclip_mc.slideTo(300,50,"easeou...
The documentation is fairly comprehensive so you should get the hang of it pretty quick.

Actually, Flash has Penners easing class built in... simply use the following: new mx.transitions.Tween(movieName, "_x", mx.transitions.easing.Strong.eas... movieName._x, howFar, speed);
