Okay I'm working with a monster file with like 500 frames. Now I need to add a bunch of frames in the very beginning of the file. There's like fifteen layers going right now.
Please tell me there's an easy way to just grab everything and shift it down the line.

select all the frames on all the layers click hold and drag to a new location.
you could've done this faster than posting this question

start a new scene in front of the current one.

just go to the first frame on the timeline, click in the scrub area, and hold down F5...........
literally, like, 3 seconds
