I'm not even sure it would be a fair fight.

mouse pen combo, never really liked the trackball, love trackpads on notebooks though, i sed to have a trackpad as a mouse until i upgraded os and the software wasn't compatible

Primarily use wacom stylus. no more hand pain.

i have and hyper thyroid and because of this my hands shake and thus i cant use the pen, so its the mouse only for me. also the trakpad but that is crap.
i use a mouse with a scroller and liquid inside.
