I love Boston

Is Quincy considered South Shore? I've been looking around at places in South Boston. I like Somerville but feel like everyone around me is 15.

Anything below Boston is South Shore....so, ya, Quincy is South Shore...but barely.
Somerville ROCKS!!! I live about a 10 minute walk from Davis Square.....absolutely awesome place to be....plus it has some of the best rent prices for being close to Boston. Somerville has become an up and coming place for 25-35 y.o.'s for the most part.....so, I never feel like I'm surrounded by 15 year olds there.
Another place you might want to check out if you have a car is Arlington.....super kick ass place, right next to Cambridge and Somerville and you're still close to Boston but definitely far enough out.

Definitely not like it used to be. Also it helps if you live right near the Cambridge line. Cheaper rent and you get the spill over from Cambridge so the neighborhoods are relatively nice and safe.
