if someone forgets to renew a domain or just dosnt want to renew it... does it wait 30 days or 60 days? before it becomes public

did you get a few emails reminding you?
usually there is a grace period. with some hosts however there is not.

depends on their policies, but I'm sure it's written in US Law that they have to wait or you can sue them.

the story is that.. there is domain that is about to expire or expired.. HelloWorld is waiting to get his hands on it when it expires.

just do a search for domain and they will ask you if the domain is taken. back order meaning, you will be in the line to buy it when it becomes public
