Track $ and Time??

Does any1 know of a good free app to keep track of the time spent on a client and also the track the current balance as well?
Doesn't have to be just one app I guess, could be 2 seperate. And if anyone says pencil and paper ---- well I've tried that! ;)

OK, well I like the first app mentioned, but I am on a PC -- should've noted that!
The second app is $35 a month and I was hoping to find something more along the lines of free.
Any other ideas?
