whats a good software for osx?

i got chrono sync recently. i am happy with it. easy to do a scheduled backup.
after losing 30gig HD, i needed one.

For bigger stuff... Retrospect.
automated incremental backups with lots of filtering options, snapshots, Backup Server function that backs up laptops whenever they join the network, etc...

yeah, i checked out retrospect. it was a bit too much for me.
i just needed to have a basic one. i don't know what dinky needs.
isn't retrospect pain ass to use?

i use Backup from .Mac. extremely simple. great way to back up certain things.
if you need to clone then yeah, carbon copy does a good job.

Retrospect is OK once you work it out (which takes a while) but really powerful, reliable.
