when JazX does something snazzy-ass with his name in Photoshop, I just print screen and use a smoov brush to erase "az" and replace it with O. Thats the kinda man I am!

Basically in the US, that's true. I'm saying you can defend your copyright or have a real leg to stand on, but here when you write the little C and a circle, it is copywritten.
So blow your nose in a napkin, write the C thing, and bam-you are an artist. Har.
