i like it a lot. especially the scribbles off the shoulder. the hard lines around the ear and your shadows & mid-tones.

yeah, those lines off the shoulder do look sweet, that's what caught my eye too, I like this pic...
you said you used photoshop throughout... are you using a tablet for drawing those lines?
