No hang on I do think that "you're invited" is a font, kind of.
Sign Painter is a semi-dingbats typeface by House Industries that uses a whole bunch of cheesy symbols that painters of old 30s signs would probably create. Things like WELCOME! and SORRY, WE'RE CLOSED!
Many of them actually look like
the "you're invited" part of the poster.Oh and here it is......

BTW, very few fonts come with effects built in, standard font formats can't do colors or grayscale shades.
