I wonder if LA will go berserk like they're talking about.

Someone explain why he should get clemency? The guy started one of the most notorious gangs of all time and its all of sudden like he started the fucking Care Bears or something like that. I'm not for or against the death penalty but seriously, we're not talking about putting someone to death who stole a pack of baseball cards.

he's a murderer.

Who would have ever thought that Schwartzenhagar(sp) would be in a position to decide a man's fate that didn't involve liquid metal, the ability to freeze people, being a CIA agent or a barbarian or an undercover cop disguised as a teacher?

Peace out homie. You're dead.
- brundlefly0
well that ends that.
I hope L.A. doesn't flip.
- Mimio0
You want clemency you have to admit guilt. Stupid man.
- khilled0
he should not die, if there's going to be a LIVING example of someone with a life message towards gangs and violence he's already it...being nominated for the nobel peace prize many times is a huge accomplishment, he'll be in jail serving for justice the rest of his life anyway but he should be able to continue, his death will make a serious stink

i agree, the death sentence isnt the answer

I'm kind of with khilled.
It's a tough call, but truly looking at what he's done and his desire to continue to speak out about gangs and help change lives for the better - certainly the existence of that is more important than his death.

(Dec 12 05, 13:15)exaqctly the way i see it.
and what does his execution say to the kids he's been spreading his message to... fuck it, you might as well keep doing what you're doing, they're gonna kill you anyway..

If you see anyone with a "Free Tookie" sign, shirt or anything, punch them in the eye because his being free isn't the issue.

dude, tookie has done shit but try and save his own ass... he has yet to even admit guilt.
the childrens books? laughably bad... and they promote his own celebrity over all else.
nobel prize? are you kidding? bush 2 was nominated for the very same thing.

(Dec 12 05, 13:18)nope it says, stop f*cking up, otherwise you get life in prison and eventually they are going to fry your @ss and make an example out of you
- piperboytoy0
if he gets clemency then it's speaks a lot about the weakness of the justice system.
It tells people that if you kill people and you find god in jail than it makes everything ok. No it doesn't, you're sill a murderer! you have to pay for your crimes.
- khilled0
yeah but bush has a little group of influential ass kissers and cronies in a back room somewhere. hard time criminals don't, they just have what they do or did
