Can flash 8 push this size video? I know it can handle more then the flash 7 player but I am just curious on this size in flash 8. Has anyone tried large video in the latest flash player? Any help would be great, thanks in advance.

ive done 640x480 then reducing the screen size from 1024 to 640
works like a charm

it all depends on what computer is being played, remember that flash performance depends on the computer is being played. So what might work for a "designer / video editor computer" might not work for "average internet user computer"

thanks for these responses. The question is refering to a self serve kiosk that will be updated via the web so I am going to be running it in a browser set to kiosk mode. The computer specs are 512 megs of ram at 1.6ghz+ running xp. I don't get the machine til later this week so then I can do proper testing. Just thought I'd throw it out to the board to see if anyone has tested the power of the new flash player. If anyone else has any info please post. again thanks
