no - you shouldn't be able to do appose your moral opinion on someone else in the land of the free...
... but... BUT!!... if it's something that enough people argue over - it should be put to a vote of the people (or their representation in the legislation)... and not decided by a group of a few ex-lawyers in black robes. :)
