What are the technologies you recomment to have cross platform compatible (mac and pc) browser friendly , streaming video on your site , I have been using flash and xml but want to see what else I can do, the place I work for is looking for somthing better , so money is no problem .... any suggestions
we stream 5-15 mins video ranging from how to use powerpoint to how to fill out a time card

well most of it is for the intranet we have , this is the only video we have on our public website and it was done out of dreamweavers flash video skin , http://www.episd.org/District/bo…
but we have tons of those in our intranet that are Windows video files and wont play on a mac even if you download win media player, I just started converting a lot of them to flash ...wanted to see what else is out and about

so xml and flash is the way to go, what is the flash server for , is it only for live video .. ???
