nah, im also a fitness freak..play tennis, table tennis, walk and do aerobics every single week, its a way of life for me.
that allows me to drink scotch but only usually 4 nights a week and I probably only get pissed once a month nowadays.
im fine like this

I think it was me who had the near death walking experience on Striding Edge. Where did you go?I think I might put the 3 Peaks to my director here... try and get some sponsorship from our clients or something.
