In general really, I've been given some really naff images for a community based site, I suppose I'm looking for photoshop effects that might improve it.
This is a really naff example but it along the right lines:

yahoo always has banners on their site...just go there and keep reloading and rolling over stuff.

jevad... the weight lifting banner has only such a small click zone and timing... shouldn't the entire banner be clickable all the time?
