Is there anybody from MediaTemple here?
I need to cancel an account with them.
the problem is that i cant do it by email or any web form, it has to be over the phone, but im not in the US so its expensive to call!
why do they do that?
i have just wait over 10 mins (their expected waiting time was 8 mins) and i didnt do anything
and if i wrote them an email it took years for they to answer
meanwhile they will charge me another month! :S
how the heck can i cancel it?!?!!?!?!?

i canceled with them and they continued billing me for two months until i noticed it
you have to download a pdf, print and fill it out, take a photo of it, scan it in, provide 8 forms of id, then fax it to them along with a promise of your first born child before they'll kill your account

Ronal: by some stupid reason, in my country even the numer is free, the phgone company ALWAYS charge me as any phone number...

You may request to close an account via a support ticket.

when i contact the support team, they told me this:In the unfortunate event that a Service or Account needs to be closed, customers may contact the cancellation desk by phone Monday – Friday from 10am – 5pm PT. Our toll-free phone number is 877-578-4000. (Intl # +1-310-841-5500)
