spf 20 all day, but we were out on a catamaran swimming with the dolphins for 4 hours. i just got fried to no end. didn't hurt then. hurts like hell now though. aloe is my buddy. i think crowel (i post htis name so everyone knows who i'm talking about) still beats me with the red face thought. that dude was a tomato. i'm not quite there yet.
