anyone know any cheap, quality presses that have low or no minimums and setup fees?
i'm talking about 5 shirts per design and no more than $15 per screen/color setup... maybe its just wishful thinking.

the best i've found from a reputable joint is $15 per screen setup, $5.75ea 2 color on a dark shirt with a 50 shirt minimum. and another that has a $30 setup per color, $7.50ea with no minimum. it may be out there.
