In the process of importing some legit cds onto my Itunes, and noticed the albums I've bought from Itunes are using aac encoder at only 128 kbps. I dont know that much about the encoders is there a difference in quality to 192 kbps lets say? or should I keep to a low convertion rate as with the Itunes tracks.
cheers.

(Nov 28 05, 15:20)Well, that is my opinion, but just because I really like music.
I'm sure there is people out there that won't care to listen to a track in mono just to save space.

i can appreciate mp3 @320.. but aac @320.. !?!
any chance there's some mp3/ aac confusion here?

I can't tell the difference between 192mp3, 128aac and the hole in my ass. Just rip a few examples, listen, and pick whichever one sounds better to your ears.

It's about time we heard from somebody who doesn't have 6 digits in their name.
