two melatonin tablets (available at health-food stores), two puffs (if you're a lightweight like me - some of you lot might need a whole spliff) and two whisky and sodas.

i just got myself some sleep drugs on monday... doctor told me they don't give out sleeping pills... i asked for alternatives and she gave me tranquilisers... i've always thought tranquilisers were more powerful.
well i still get good sleep so no complaints there.
