Illustrator Question

• BONE

  I have 1000 squares on an page, and i want to scale all of them to 120%.
  If i select all of them and skale them it scales the whole thing from the center, so the squares are in different positions.
  I want them to stay in the positions and only be scaled.
  How can i do this?
