omg NO! Mac mail

I just deleted one of the three accounts I have in Mail and everything is gone - Inbox, outbox, sent, drafts - even saved messages in separate folders that had nothing to do with this particular account.
Is there any way to get them back?
Oh and for the record, I am very upset right now.

is it the .mac account available on through the net? if so contact their customer support and ask them :D.

Hard Drive > Useres> Jox>Library>Mail> and viola!
all your mailboxes should be saved here.

It was a POP account right? (If it was a .mac account it is all still on their server for synching down again).
You dont do automated backups of your home folder do you?...

Give Data Rescue and shot and see if it's able to recover the file in that directory.

yeah ribit, it was a pop and I have been very lazy with backups lately, well that was stupid :(

sorry to say, man....
you're screwedi used to work in the same building as a mac dealer, my boss' buddy was one of the authorized repair guys.
Our client had the same problem, and there was nothing he could do about it.I hope i'm wrong and your situation is different, though.

if it's still on the server, try reseting your info in Entourage and it will pull everything off the server.
Maybe...maybe...
