dancing silhouettes

omg. my consultant asked me to use a dancing woman as a preloader in flash. he gave me 300 stills of her dancing in a room (no bluescreen). is it possible to make a path around her silhouette every 20th frame and let flash to the movements? somehow?
this is a though one for me because i haven't done that before and i am pretty new to this flash animation thing.
are there any tutorials (i've googled already) out there or examples?

Is there any way you could fiddle with the movie to create a keyable background and then mask off the rest?.
Post a still from it and I will try to help you out. I'm at home today so I can give it lots of attention :D

If you've got aftyer effects you can simply greyscale everything, apply levels or curves to drop out the background. (If there's enough contrast between them).
Then just export the movie as a gif/jpg sequence and import into flash as an MC. Works OK...

yeah, use after effects to prep the files with contrast. Then you'll have to manually trace each frame.

Maybe I'm a bit late but is there not a possibility of exporting into frames, importing into Illy then manually deleting the bg?
Could possibly import into flash, break apart, and delete manually as well?

Nah it's 300 frames and, there is not enough difference between them to create a keyable background, so I am supplying him with some footage I already have, which will do the job.
