I never understood the MySpace fancination if your over the age of 15.
1. It's bloated.
The template is horrible, loaded with shitty advertisements, and that damn default mp3 player everyone loves to use that you have to wait to load all your bands crappy songs.2. Users have too much freedom.
I never thought having too freedom would be a problem but giving users the options to add EVEN MORE bad animated gifs, HUGE image files, and titled background images makes the site unbareble at times.
3. It's pointless

What does that mean? Just because millions of people like to act like teenage girls and use the modern day GEOcities to clutter the web is even more reason why it is a waste of bandwidth.In the end- MySpace will end up like Chatrooms and GEOcities did- bloated pointless poop.
