I've imported some generic eps's I created in Illustrator, can I break apart the graphics, (like you would in Flash) from an imported eps, say to create animations? or is it only recognized as a single image?
Also when I'm scaleing up the size of the eps its loosing its quality, hows that, when its vector graphics?

get each individual component onto a seperate layer (in ai). so then they'll be seperate layers to animate in ae.
check 'rasterize' or whatever, some button that looks like a small sun or asterix on your layer.

hey bullit when you go to import check the box that says import as > composition this makes the AE project exactly how your ill file or pshop file is layed out.

Can you just copy and paste your path straight into AF ... im a newbie
