moodboards are also a great way to be ridiculous in a meeting when faced with intimidating clients.

don't fear the moodboard para! laugh and the moodboard laughs with you.
come to think of it, i reckon they should be accompanied by soundboards.
for instance, this piece would reassure any client of a designer's integrity due to intrinsic empathetic ability to live and breathe brand values in order to deliver meaningful user experiences to said client's intended audience. don't you think?

I'm playing that MP3 at our next traffic meeting... at least 12 times.
Mr. Goat, take a look at GE, especially their ecomagination stuff. I realize it's awfully on-the-corporate-teat of me to suggest it - not nearly underground enough - but it is actually very well executed. And it might provide a worthy alternative to DIN or Avant Garde Alt or whatever the kids are using these days.
