I've created a CD-ROM in flash and its 800 meg which obviously wont fit on a CD.
Is there a programme that reduced the swf file sizes a bit??

They have progs on there but they wont drop the size that significantly. 800 megs sounds like you are using large videos...try using a diff format for the videos, lowering the image and sound quality etc.

you could always use an 800mb cd

I've used a few of these tools and none of them do anything you can't do in Flash (compess your images/video more, simplify your curves/gradients, etc.) A few compression tools actually stuffed up my actionscript by optimizing variable/object names.

you dont want to use one of those compresion apps! They make an ugly result (the ones I have tried)
compress your pictures some more in flash.

solution: put it on a dvd then.

ya I'm with kerus. If you don't want to bring the quality down anymore...burn it on DVD.
